CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect both my time and my clients’ time, the following policy is in place: • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 50% of the service price. • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. I understand that emergencies happen, but last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the reserved time.
